Refund policy

Return Time Frame: Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure your return request is made within this time frame. To initiate a return, email us at hello@catholicfamilycrate.com with a photo of the item and the reason for return.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition. This includes unopened products and all original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once your return is approved, we will process the refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).
